    The wig was way too big and too dark. I returned it the way I received it. But you claimed there was a smaller box that I never received. If you could refund me, you could at least have given me a credit.

    Sooo Disappointed

    I thought it would be styled like the picture. The wig had NO style at all. I sent it back immediately and got decrnt customer service. Feel I should have received 100% refund as it had all the tags , etc.

    I mailed it back and insured it because it was over $1000. Also that helped with tracking. They were pretty prompt with the refund once I told them about the tracking information.

    Was disappointed with the lack of hair on the sides of the wig. It was very thin. I would buy from the company again. Great customer service

    The Art of Chic

    After one month of use I am very disappointed of the quality of the hair. 100% remy human hair? No, I dont't think so. The hair is very dry, in nape it is very bad.

    The cap is perfect and I love the colour.
