I have a petite-sized head, but apparently my ear-to-ear measurements preclude me from wearing a petite-sized wig (I guess I have a tall head), so exploring brands that fit my hairline has been an adventure. Tressallure seems to be the brand that fits me the best for having the ear tabs end up where they are supposed to be without the hair on my temples showing. It fits so well, I wish Tressallure had a wider variety of styles and colors. The medium brown is exactly like a color an average person could grow out of their head, but sometimes a girl wants a little "salon" vibe to her hair, you know? I definitely hope they expand their offerings in the future.
This fiber is really silky and is already holding up better than my Raquel Welch wig. My only complaint is that the lace-front and monofilament top are made out of different textures, and there is a clear band sealing the joint. All of this is visible where I part my hair. If the two sections were the same fabric, it wouldn't matter much, but the difference is stark. I've tried putting several things under and over the part--tapes, makeup, etc--and I have yet to find a way to hide this entirely. I'm not giving up on a great wig, but that is a mystifying flaw.
