delivery was quick but the color of the wig did not match the on site photos & didn't work for my skin tone; the chocolate mix has brassy streaks that are super shiny. i would have kept the wig if the color matched the photos. it's an easy style & looks great out of the box.
the return shipping fees are high & surprised me. i wanted to exchange the wig for a different color but don't want to pay another $13.95 in shipping fees if the color doesn't match the photos again. also, i accidentally chose the wrong shipping label option & had to make my own shipping label (instead of wigs.com's shipping label) b/c i couldn't figure out how to correct my mistake. i did call customer service for assistance but was told it could not be changed. it ended up being more expensive to use my own shipping label so i hope this helps someone avoid the same experience.

It fit perfectly and is very comfortable to wear even without a stocking cap underneath. The color matched my own hair. I plan to have a beautician thin out the hair and shorten the length at the neck. The hair on top is too thick to look natural.

I like the Coco wig but will not buy a petite again I think just a tad small but workable. I also need to learn how to style it as I can not get it to be like the picture. the wig looks good but think I can learn to style it better. Wigs.com is my go-to wig store.

i am so disappointed in this wig. Unfortunately I never realized the issues until I removed the tags. I loved the color and the fit is okay. I could stand a little larger but okay. There are springs of hair longer than the wig itself. I have had to carefully trim them off. They stand up all over the wig. The mono in the top of the hair has this huge sprig of hair that needs to be ratted and sprayed down, It is as large as the mono space. This wig was not cheap. Nothing like buying a wig to save time and to look pretty when you have to spend more time combing and fixing the wig than your real hair. Disappointed in Ohio.
