I bought Hannah as a transition out of synthetic wigs and into more authentic human hair wigs. This wig checked all of the boxes I was seeking including being human hair, hand tied, mono top, and within my budget.
I have alopecia areata and have been wearing wigs most of my adult life, but due to budgetary contraints, I have mostly stuck with synthetics. My issue with this is I live in Texas and the heat does a number on the fibers quickly. I also suffer from migraines and tight pressure along the perimeter of my head is a trigger so wearing the right wig is challenging. I also happen to have a large head. Even without hair, my head is 23 inches in circumference. There just aren't may human hair wigs made for larger heads.
This wig is NOT a great wig for a head as big as mine. It fit my head but the pressure of the elastic was too much for me. I had to do some adjustment to make Hannah work for me. The wig has stretch elastic at the back. This is not adjustable. The nape of the neck has silicon as well as a the temple area. This is great to keep the wig from slipping upwards, especially without hair to clip in place. I simply found the opening on each side of the nape where the elastic was attached and snipped it so the elastic is no longer usable but the mesh is still intact. This gave me the perfect sizing without making it too loose.
