    Unhappy..... Upstage has changed AND not for the better?

    I have purchased this Upstage for many years (4++). Loved the 100% hand tied, & Lace Front, !!! Something has changed???? The features I loved about Rachel Welch and the quality were excellent.

    HOWEVER, the last 4 wigs were DIFFERENT. The lace front was chopped up and did not lay properly, the length was noticeably shorter and much thinner at the bottom (lack of hair) So disappointed in the quality now. Have returned 2 now, just not spending this amount of money and getting none of the upgrades that and features I have always experienced . Yes I have read it is a different manufacturer.

    I was so happy with Upstage but now disappointment Hopefully it can be fixed.

    Tons of hair in fact too much for my liking. Also too long.. Needed hairdressers complete remake. I can find other pieces more suitble for me.

    Will have hairdresser remake bangs. It's just me. I wear glasses and wigs almost always pop off at the temples. It's a keeper though. Will order other colors.
