The product arrived with a loose cover, 3/4 of product was on the bottom of the box and the wig I had ordered was covered in the sticky shaping cream.

Not crazy about the consistency of product. It’s thick and when used on wig made it feel heavy and tacky to touch. Dulled the color so if shine isn’t for you this might be. Recommend using little product at first to see how you like it .

My container leaked in the mail but other than that, I like the feel of the creme sits not too heavy so it doesn’t weigh the hair down. It dries quickly and the styling stays in place.

I was hesitant to try it at first, however, I started gradually, using a little on my finger tips, and applying it to where I wanted a lift, extra hold, or a help to keep some loose curls in. I ended up loving it. But don’t use too much, start with just a little.
