The wig color was too light, and it didn’t look like the one shown on the model. I returned it and will order a different one. Love the customer service. The company is true to its word.

This is the second one I bought as it's the only one that doesn't hit you in the face that's it's a wig. However, I think it does. But, less obvious that most wigs on the market. 1st one came in with a poorly cut back. I could have cut it better myself. Still wore it. The second one came in and the back was cut very well. However, going to have to make some cutting adjustments so it fits my face better.

I have an average size head, measured by my spouse to exact measurements for this wig. It was too small; I tried adjusting it but it did not fit correctly. I love the wig style itself but it just didn't work for me.

I’ve been buying this wig for years and have had SO many compliments on it…most people don’t know it’s a wig because it looks natural.
The last two wigs haven’t been of the usual good quality…style and the quality of the fibers not as good as the past.
