Ordered, never received the item but PAYPAL had NO PROBLEM IMMEDIATELY debiting the cost. VERY POOR SERVICE. Waiting on funds to be credited back. Personally....DON'T ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. Doesn't even deserve a one star!!!!! ZERO

The Customer Service has been exceptional. Sadly the color of the wig I ordered was too dark. I’m in the process of returning it and ordering another color in hopes of it being just right!
I wish there was a Store where I could look at the colors and wigs in person.

I sent it back. Much shorter than pictured and although I love the feel of human hair. It was unmanageable!very disappointed in my $800.00( “on sale”) wig. I’ve already returned it.

Unfortunately, I was very disappointed with the wig, I took the wig to the hairdresser and had it cut for $40.00, we could not part the wig. I have had many hand tied wigs which was parted quite easily and gave it the appearance of real hair, however this wig looked very much a wig one made in the fifties, there was no fooling any one that this was not a wig once you placed it on your head, the out come, i had to throw the wig away, it was not suitable for use.
