I received this wig it had no netting and packaging Very strange for Ellie Weil wigs I have bought elsewhere. because her wigs are normally a very high standard as well as high end. bangs were obviously cut and it looked worn in many ways I called in right away to get things noted I told the rep that I was afraid company wouldn’t believe me well guess what they don’t instead they are giving me no credit or replacing and instead denying for the very reason I called in about. To me they show no trust in me as a consumer when I called to inform about wig Rep informed me that sister company Discount wigs does sell returns, discontinued wigs and old stock but that my wig was direct from manufacturer. My next step is to contact manufacturer maybe a fluke but none the less wigs.com should be willing to take care of issue it has been 3 days emails back and forth from them repeating there stand and continuously telling me to read rules. When someone is ill and dealing with trauma of hair loss they don’t need this stress also they sent a wig like that during covid-19 which is a health hazard and give me a choice of either the wig back or 25% off of another wig I paid $127 for this wig so 25% is ridiculous I also want to take pictures of how wig arrived for manufacturer and to check covid 19 regulations as far as wigs.

The wig was returned to us after the 30 time frame, with no tags attached or in the box...and with hairspray or styling product residue on the wig. We of course, want our clients to try on to ensure it is the right choice for them... but ask everyone to use the hygiene guard wig cap we provide in every order. If there is to be a return, there cannot be any tags removed or any signs of alteration or product deposit. This was not the case we are sorry to learn. All wig manufacturers package different wigs in different ways depending on the style. not all wigs have a net. Some are packaged inside out and others not and with a netting. short choppy styles are usually packed inside out and with no netting as it tends to smash the style. As you know, wigs.com only ships product factory fresh direct from the manufacturer. Nothing open boxed or tried on in any way ever goes out via wigs.com. We do have WigOutlet.com which is a source for open box items which have been inspected... styled back to perfection and sold at discount pricing. However, nothing cut or altered is sold there either. I know this is very frustrating... we can understand, however, if you think your item may be defective, it is imperative to return it immediately upon receipt and not wait to get it returned after 30 days... also equally important is to not remove any tags, wear it or apply product. We strive to provide top notch service and products to everyone on all our sites. We never want anyone to walk away feeling unhappy. My head is small and Snap petite is a perfect comfortable fit. The color L Champagne rooted is dazzling. I will be ordering another. EW wigs run on the small side and are quality products. I have many wigs but Snap is a favorite. There's never a problem with returns at wigs.com.
