Bought avg/lrg in GL10-14 and it couldn’t be more perfect. Yes, there is permatease volume but nothing crazy and it’s very stylable!

Very nice construction! Beautiful color and style. Not shiny. The lace front is very natural looking. The front was a little thick for me so I thinned it a little and now its very comfortable. I found the returns to be very quick and easy when I needed the larger size.

The length and wave of this wig is beautiful! my only suggestion is that the permatease be lessened. It has a lot of fullness on the top - more than I am used to.

The synthetic hair looked way better than I expected, but the color was not at all what the swatch suggested and I would have returned it for that alone. But the top being so high was a problem for me, though I later found out that you can steam it to bring it down a bit. Even so, I don't think it would ever be low enough. However, a rep told me that since that is a problem for me I should get a wig that is all hand tied on top and it won't have the perma-tease. That would be good to put in the descriptions! Also, I found the hair constantly being pushed onto my face very uncomfortable and the only ways to get it off my face unsatisfactory. Also putting my glasses and mask on was problematic. Now, all that being said, if this was my only wig option in the world, I would wear it and be glad I had the option! But since we're trying to find the best to match us, I have moved onto the Sarah, which I haven't yet received.
Final general complaint: What is this business of discrimination against Large Cap Sizes?! My choices went from 2,000 to 25!! Charge me $30 more if you must for the whole 2 extra inches, but make it available! Our heads are bigger because we have to have room for all the extra brain matter!
