I love this wig so much that I bought 2 of them - in different colors (Silvery gray 56/60 and Glazed Strawberry). They are great right of the box and very versatile. Can be fluffed up for big hair or toned down to something more conservative. Looks great tucked behind ears. Love it.

The buying experience was painless, very easy. When the wig arrived my hair dresser and I realized that it was just too much hair for me. So today I called and returned that one and ordered a new one. Easy-Peasy! The representative on the phone was pleasant, polite and helpful and took care of my request in record time. This wig is really flattering - it hugs my head which is good because I have a narrow face. The color is very much a silver, and it is pretty and natural looking. I am 78, and it is hard to find a wig that is not too full. That said, however, my only complaint and warning to others, is that it is so thin, that if the wind blows, the wefts will be obvious to people walking behind you.
It looks nice fluffed as out of the box, but it looks just as nice flattened on top a little and tucked behind my ears. I prefer it tucked. The nape is really perfect for me - it is long enough to be flattering, and short enough to look appropriate for my age.
As proof of my satisfaction with this wig, I ordered a second one, especially because it will be cool for summer.
I would give 5 stars for your service, but only 4 stars because of the thinness of the wig.
