The quality of this wig was very good. Unfortunately, the color was way too dark and I had to return it. However, the return process was easy. I took the option of a store credit, because I definitely plan to place another order.

I basically like the style, it is nice and simplistic. The problem with the wig is that the hair is too shiny, and therefore too unnatural looking. Is there a way I can tone down the shine?

This was my first purchase of Denver II and I love it! I ordered two: colors 4N274 and 4F30. I don't like hair to get in my eyes, so I ended up trimming the bangs just a bit because they were too long on me, even when swept to the side. I was hesitant to do any trimming because I usually end up ruining the style. But I did good this time! The cap is comfortable, too. Very pleased. Would re-order as well.
