First the good:

- The hair is buttery soft!

- Looks good air dried!

- The double mono top is truly to die for!

BUT:

- THE COLOR -- OMGosh! It's raw, bleached to copper, bright as a new penny!!! Honestly the first 4-5 inches from the mono top look as if there wasn't even any toner applied and the ends are nearly grey from over processing. I've never seen such a hot mess! And this especially distressed me when I got it because, knowing how dark hair lifts to copper, I called and quizzed the associate. She actually (pretended to?) went and looked at it and came back and told me it was just light brown w/highlights, no warmth.

- The fit, smallish (I'm a perfect average in most wigs) too short from nape to front by at least 1" and too long from ear to ear both over the top and around the back so that the ear tabs are folded up on the top of my ear and extend too far onto my face...

- I didn't know what "swiss lace" is. The description says nothing more. It extends from bottom of each ear tab. Definitely needs trim, glue or tape (not my thing) but also, in front of the ears both lace and edge of silicone had no hair sewn in! In addition, the lace front looks nothing like the video solid line of HUGE KNOTS.

What a HUGE disappointment! I'm on a fixed income. I splurged on this in anticipation of the holidays. I'd waited so long for human hair. I can never unload this on eBay as is. It will be donated. It cost around

I couldn't recommend this!

I've been wearing RW Upstage in color 10/12 for awhile and love it. I decided to upgrade to human hair in a similar style. I ordered Hollywood and Devine in color 10. It's supposed to be medium brown with ginger highlights. It's actually a copper red and in daylight it's very orange. The French drawn cap is supposed to have hidden knots. Not quite. The cap has dots that are large and obvious. The hairline is not great. The hair itself is silky and appears to be good quality. Overall it is not as nice as the synthetic Upstage. I returned it.
