The color wasn't the usual shaded biscuit and it was already parted on the side . The other one was parted down the middle in zig zag shape but I can't "undo" the zigzag! What's going on? I really hope this is just a fluke because I've not had these problems before. I had already taken tags off (which I'll never do again) so I couldn't return them. Please talk to the manufacturer. I don't want to order from another company.

I ordered this wig because I have been wearing the identical wig and love it. Very happy with this recent purchase and I get many compliments on my hair from people who cannot tell it is a wig!

This was awful. The crown is too poofy. I tries to part it on the left side. There's no way it looks natural. The hair wouldn't stay parted or off of the face. It has a piece of hair that sticks put in the front of the left side. Looks terrible. The piece is too short to put behind my ear.

I ordered “editors pick” in shaded cappuccino, as a replacement for my well-worn “girl mono” in light Bernstein rooted. The newer wig in the new shade is a great transition color for going from brown to gray. The shaded cappuccino color is beautiful! Its definitely a good step toward the gray tresses coming in, post-chemo. I have to admit that I’m disappointed with the performance of the wig fibers. This is my first time with a heat friendly wig fiber and I’m not happy with the texture, curl pattern, tangling and frizz. The fibers tend to clump and the barrel curls are huge. I’ve been unable to restyle them - they don’t look natural to me. Also, despite being very careful with it, the area at the nape of neck tangles every time I wear it - I’ve honestly only worn the wig about 15-20 times and it’s so frizzy and frazzled around the neck that I’m not sure I’ll be able to revive it. Perhaps as summer weather and lower necklines arrive, the wig may tangle a bit less. For now I’m stuck with it, and definitely would not pick this one again.

I love this wig!! But I have a lot of wig experience. This heat friendly wig is beautiful, but not for a newbie.
