I really like this cap. It has made my scalp feel much better. The itch would drive me crazy.Yes it can slide if you adjust your wig and thats the only drawback. I may try some tape and see if that helps.

This is a game changer for me. I have complaining since 2017 when I starting with alopecia totalis and the caps that go under wigs are horrible. The velcro bands slide around & cause the wig to stretch out A LOT. The mesh caps are SO TIGHT that I cannot stand it. This cap is cool to the touch, it doesn't hurt, and it keeps my wig in place. Thank *** for this scalp cushion. Thank *** for Amy! I only wish they were a little less expensive so I could get more.

I am enjoying the scalp cushion. While I did not have an itching problem with my wigs, this little addition of wearing the scalp cushion is giving me warmth in this very cold Upstate NY area. Try it, you’ll like it!

It is pretty good at reducing the itchiness where it sits on my head, but it needs to be wider. I have worn lace-front wigs for years and love them. Right where the lace meets the rest of the wig is terribly itchy. The cushion needs to extend far enough down the sides to cover this area on the scalp (above the temples.

I found it way too small to do much good. It kept slipping around my head. It probably would be good if it covered the whole scalp. And it was WAY too expensive for a small piece of vinyl.
