I must be honest, when I put her on initially I wasn't impressed. She was very flat outta the box even after shacking the fibers. I had to work w/ her to get her to look similar to the picture online, which isn't abnormal w/ wigs. Now that I have her the way I want, she's fabulous! I love the blonde colors & I added a root her to add depth cuz I normally prefer a rooted wig. The fibers are so soft & natural feeling.

I have purchased 4 or 5 of this wigan although I shortened it I love the density and the color. The last 2 however seem to be much less dense and not as full or shaped. May have to look elsewhere.

this company is the best when it comes to buying or returning. never a problem i tried this wig it just was to much hair for the frame of my face. so i filled out the return form and within 7days I had a refund. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for a wig. I have bought from other companies and this company is the best
