The product is tacky and has a very unpleasant odor. I have used it in a pinch but have had to spray another product onto the wig to mask the unpleasant odor that the shaping creme has. It does do what it advertises to do, which is shape the hair but I just cant get past the odor. Would not recommend.

The product arrived with a loose cover, 3/4 of product was on the bottom of the box and the wig I had ordered was covered in the sticky shaping cream.

Not crazy about the consistency of product. It’s thick and when used on wig made it feel heavy and tacky to touch. Dulled the color so if shine isn’t for you this might be. Recommend using little product at first to see how you like it .
