      Back to My Favorite Style with a New Color!

      I have worn Mila in shade 27MB for a few years now, but this summer I was in the mood to try something new. I purchased Raquel Welch's Simmer and Raquel Welch's Wavy Day in Fiery Copper RL 31/29. I loved the color of these two wigs. I cut bangs into both styles. I was very pleased with Wavy Day initially but did not like the HF property: too much bother with little satisfaction. Plus Wavy Day clumped and frizzed badly in the back no matter what I used or did. Simmer fared well in the heat, but I was not as pleased with its cut and style as with Jon Renau's Mila. So, I am back to Mila and in a new color, FS27 which is very pretty and close to Welch's fiery copper. FS27 has more subtle variations than fiery copper, but looks natural and has more of an exciting appeal than 27MB. The curls are tight and too shiny out of the box for my taste. However, for a looser effect, brush upside down with a wide tooth brush or comb and let it stand out in the open air for awhile. I am very happy with Mila and love my new shade. I receive many compliments with people telling me how pretty my hair is and asking where I have my hair done. It is, I feel, a style that you can make work beautifully for yourself with some minor personalization out of the box.

      Beautiful hair

      This wig looks better than my own hair. The color (Shaded Praline) is gorgeous. This is a wig that I would wear just because I can't get these curls to hold for 10 minutes in my own hair!

      More like ringlets

      As another reviewer said, the curls are like I have set the hair in ringlets. It is a very nice look but on me it looks almost prissy, like little-girlish. Maybe it is also the color is wrong for me. I tried Fortune Cookie, but it looks a bit off for some reason. Also, there is a permatease bump at the top back crown of this wig that I can't seem to flatten. But oh well, I have bought several wigs I wear a lot at Wigs.com, they can't all be winners.

      Mila-very realistic synthetic wig!

      This wig is full and beautiful. It is very comfortable

      And stylish. I love the way it feels and this is my second Mila. Going to stick with her!
