    My favorite wig!

    I have worn this wig for a couple of years and it’s my favorite. The color is perfect as well as the shape. Super comfortable as well.

    Does not look like the picture. Not cut with points at end framing face.

    I just ordered Scorpio in Rum Raisin. UPS delivered it last night. I love the color, BUT, the hair was not cut in a sleek mode with points at the ends that frame the face. On the side where it looked like the stylist had the right idea, they left a very thin 3" strand at the end. On the other side there was NO POINT at all. The hair was cut in a choppy style and flipped on one side rather than in a cupped under fashion. I know what this wig is suppose to look like as I have two that I purchased from Vogue wigs (before they went out of business) under the Revlon brand. I love this style. It is perfect on me. I thought maybe someone had received this wig before me.

    I called and was told that the wig came directly from the manufacture and stylist. If I wanted a replacement, the wig would have to display over 10% as defective to be consider as such. Well, it is not worth sending back and paying shipping and handling and waiting for someone to make a determination, then ordering a new one and paying shipping and handling. It is like spinning around in a hamster wheel. I am disappointed with the resolve. I had hoped this company would have been more consumer friendly. Wig.com did do one thing that I commend them for, they put a wig cap in each box. I applaud them for that as it is a sanitary way of allowing people to try on the wig and see if it suits them.

    Usually great but got a lemon

    This is usually a fabulous wig but I purchased one recently that the hair fell all wrong ! I did get a refund due to manufacturers error. I’ll order again because it’s usually ver cute . I received refund right away with no problem . The pic shows hair curling under, the wig I received only on one side . It was wierd .
