I have good news and bad news about this wig. First the good news. I like the style of this wig. The best of any I have ever worn. I have been wearing wigs for over 15 years due to significant hair loss. It was a joy to receive a wig that appeared to be the perfect style for me. Unfortunately, this joy was short-lived. This wig is not cheap and it comes from a brand that I think most people associate with high-quality, Raquel Welch. However, Spotlight is one of the worst quality wigs I have ever purchased. From day one it is very tangled and almost impossible to untangle. As the days go by and you attempt to untangle it more, the strands become more and more frazzled. I purchased this wing on December 20, 2024 and it is now January 9 of 2025. this week was barely wearable two weeks ago, but I have continued to wear it because I cannot afford to buy two of these per month. It amazes me that a brand as popular as Raquel Welch cannot make a better synthetic product than this. To the company, I say PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE improve this product so that I can continue to wear it. Please understand that many of us who are forced to wear wigs do not have the income to spend $600-$900 per month just to have hair. That looks nice nice. I am in a difficult position now as to whether I want to order it again. I do, but it is a matter of principle. I would certainly appreciate a response to this review and reassurance that this product will be improved.
