I just love my new hairdo!!! It’s the style I’ve always wanted! The hair is so soft and silky, and I can easily style in so many ways. It looks very natural because I change the style a little each day. I love how comfortable it feels and flows. This is my first and favorite wig and I plan to purchase a second Upstage to have for backup! I am just over-the-top thrilled and couldn’t be any happier!!!

I did have a bit of a hard time getting the flip out of the back but a flat iron worked. I also had the bangs trimmed. I absolute love the color- Shaded Hazelnut and wish I could have more wigs in this color. I'm pretty new to wearing wigs but I'm learning that the Raquel Welch wigs tend to have "flop face". I don't want to cut any more bangs into this, but I found that wearing a headband helps. I think it looks gorgeous, but I don't know if I would buy a wig with the tru2life fiber again. It tangles and looks ratty at the bottom pretty quickly. I do use a very wide tooth comb to get rid of the snags in the bottom and then spray with HairUWear conditioner. It helps. I am learning that HF wigs NEED hear so I will research further to find out how to best care for this one. Wigs.com is the best! Excellent customer service and no restocking or hidden fees when you have to return. I won't buy from anywhere else. You can see the difference in the style before and after I worked on it.

This size and style is my “go-to” wig. I have about 5 of them in different stages of wear. The newer ones I have not been liking as much in that they are made with the hair falling too much downwards into the face. It takes a lot of hair spray to make it aim properly. Not a fan of that. The last 2 also do not seem to have the same level of “body” and bounce that the older ones have. They are straighter and not as proofed and and curved (which I prefer). I make them work, but I used to just shake them out and put them on. It isn’t that simple anymore, unfortunately.

My experience was horrible. This was my second Up Stage, but this one was nothing like the first. It was not put together in a way that rendered the advertised and expected style. It would not hold the style, it just flopped everywhere. I could not wear it. It would not part. It was a MESS. The cap size was the only thing good about it .Then you charged me to return it. I am not a satisfied customer.
